*Please use the main entrance at the front of the school  (175 Indian Rd.) to pickup your DVF’s on Monday August 26th.

Picking up your 2019 / 2020 timetable ~ Students in Grades 10 to 12 can pick up and return a completed and signed DVF (Data Verification Form) in exchange for their timetable from August 26th – 29th – 7:30 am -3:30 pm.  The timetables will be available in the main office.  Students in Grade 9 will have their timetable mailed to them mid August. Grade 9’s if you have not received this package please call the school or come into the main office on August 26th. Below is a link for the first day of school, only grade 9’s attend in the morning. All grades (9-12) attend in the afternoon 11:50 am – 2:25.

Guidance Counselor Appointments ~ Once you receive your yellow timetable, you can make an appointment with your guidance counselor from August 26th to 29th (8:00 am to 3:00 pm).  ** NO SEMESTER 1 COURSE CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER AUG. 29th!!!!  **

Semester 2 final report cards and diplomas for graduates can be picked up  AT THE MAIN OFFICE ENTRANCE from Aug. 26 – 29th from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
