Dear Graduating Students & Parents/Guardians of Graduating Students,

As you prepare to leave secondary school, please ensure that your student chromebook and charger are returned to the school.

Time to return Chromebooks:

Chromebooks and their charging cords are the property of the Waterloo Region District School Board and must be returned upon graduation, or upon leaving the WRDSB. Students graduating this year are expected to return their Chromebook and charger to the school beginning on June 24th. Please call the main office when you arrive and come to the front of the school where we will receive your device through our “drive thru” window. The main office is open weekdays between 7:30 am and 2:30 pm.

Chromebooks are to be returned regardless of their condition. Chromebooks that are not returned will be disabled by WRDSB Information Technology Services over the summer.

Google Accounts:

Students graduating this year or who are leaving the WRDSB will have their Google Drive and email accounts closed over the summer. It’s recommended that students back up all documents and emails to their personal drive/accounts before the end of the semester. Apps such as Google Takeout can make this process easier.
