The WRDSB’s cyber incident in July has impacted a number of our online platforms. Included in this is our ability to update Individual Education Plans (IEPs) online and Plans of Care (POCs).

Please be assured that teachers are aware of students who have an IEP and the Resource team is supporting students with IEPs as usual. When the IEP writing platform is available to schools, we will be prioritizing finishing our updates and sending home this year’s IEP copies.

We are currently in the process of completing all student Plan of Care (POC) updates. These are students with a life-threatening medical condition. Paper forms will be sent home this week and need to be returned as soon as possible.
