Dear Parents/Guardians,

As the School Immunization program was interrupted during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Region of Waterloo is collaborating with schools to provide secondary school students easy access to catch up on their publicly funded vaccines at their schools. The vaccines offered at school catch up clinics are:

• Meningococcal (Men-ACYW-135)

• Human Papillomavirus (HPV) (if available)

• Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap)

• Hepatitis B virus (HBV) (if available)

• COVID-19

On Monday May 8th and Tuesday May 9th, Public Health will be hosting catch up clinics at Grand River Collegiate. Please read the attached letter from Public Health which includes information on the clinic and supporting links.
