GRCI will be closed from July 7th to August 22nd inclusive to allow for the summer construction project completion and other summer maintenance.

Report cards will be available for pickup July 3rd & 4th from the Main Office, 7:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. – access from the front door only. If you missed the July dates,  they will also be available for pickup Aug. 25-28 7:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m.

Registration packages will be mailed out the week of August 11th. Students should make sure that the office has their correct mailing address before the end of June. New registrations can call week of August 18th to setup appointment with counsellors.

Timetables will be available for pickup the week before school starts (August 25-28 from 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) in return for their updated and signed Data Verification Form and any owing textbooks. Guidance Counsellors will be available starting August 25th between 8:00 a.m – 3:00 p.m.

  • If you require changes to your timetable, please come in to the Guidance Office with your new timetable in hand to signup for an appointment between August 25th – 28th. There will be NO timetable/course change requests in September, so please come in to the school to sign-up for an appointment with Guidance during the above scheduled dates.

Transcripts may be obtained through the Education Centre (519 570-0003) for those students who cannot access transcripts from the school during office closures. Former students wishing copies of their transcript should complete the form available on the Board’s website (www.wrdsb.on.ca).
