Dear Graduate:
Commencement exercises will take place at the Centre in the Square, 101 Queen St. N. Kitchener, on Thursday, June 28, 2018. Please ARRIVE BY 6:00 P.M. The Processional will
begin at 7:00 p.m. sharp.

Please follow the instructions below – in the order given. This really helps us in the organization of the evening.

1. Enter only at the Studio Room door off Ellen St. Studio doors open at 6:00 p.m.
2. Pick up your souvenir cap (yours to keep) and rental gown in the Loading Dock area (hallway to the right) at the coat check racks.
3. Proceed to the Studio Room to line up.
4. Update your Comment Card as soon as you get to the studio room.
5. Leave valuables (ie: purses) with someone else, or leave them at home (no security area).
6. Return your rental gown to the Loading Dock area at the end of the ceremony. The souvenir cap is yours to keep.
7. Due to the tight timelines this year Diplomas and Ontario Scholar Certificates may not be ready for pick up at the end of the ceremony. If this is the case, please pick
up your diploma the week of July 9-13 th in the main office, along with your report card.

Tickets will be available for sale the week of May 28th. Family and friends wishing to attend are kindly asked to purchase their tickets (unlimited, unassigned seating), at a cost of $12.00
each (cash only), through the Main Office at G.R.C.I. between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Graduates do not require a ticket to enter through the Studio Room Door off Ellen St.
