Renegades,

Please join us tomorrow, Tuesday June 2, at 4 pm.  The Grand River PhysEd department will be broadcasting its first episode in a series of Question and Answer sessions with former Renegades who have gone on to excel in the world of athletics. We will be discussing topics such as training, nutrition, life at GRCI, goals, sports, and other topics of interest. This is open to all Grand River students. PhysEd students have previously submitted questions.

This week’s former Renegade is Mark Scheifele of the NHL’s Winnipeg Jets. Mark was a multi sport athlete, excellent student and a great Renegade. He has played for Canada 7 times and was 15th in NHL scoring when the league shut down this year. Mark will be discussing training, nutrition, life at GRCI and hockey. All participants in the meeting must have their audio and video off during the meeting.
