Hey Renegades, please check your WRDSB email for a message from Mr. Ballantyne titled “[IMPORTANT] QUADMESTER 2 Schedule Info”.

 

This email includes information about your Cohort, courses, class location, and entry instructions.  Please be advised that some students will have a cohort change for Quadmester 2 in order to balance class sizes and that the class information in MyWay may not be accurate. 

 

Students in Cohort A will come to school for their Period 1 class on Monday November 16th at 8:15am. 

 

Students in Cohort B will begin their Period 1 distance learning on Monday November 16th and will hear from their teacher on how to connect to the virtual classroom environment. Cohort B will come to school and attend their Period 1 class in person on Thursday, November 19th.

 

The email also includes the GRCI Quadmesters 2 At A Glance so you can determine which days you are expected to be at school.

 

If you have any questions about your schedule, please contact your guidance counselor. 

 

Teachers will also be reaching out to their students over the next few days to make sure they know their schedule and how to access course materials online if they are in Cohort B.

 

Students enrolled in the Secondary Distance Learning Program (SDLP) will be contacted by their teachers.

 

If you have not received quadmester 2 information by Friday Nov. 13, please contact the school to identify that you need assistance.
