Families who have two or more GRCI students living in the same household and who would like them to be in the same cohort, should complete the following FORM by Monday, February 1 at 4 pm.

If you have made the request before, we ask that you complete this FORM again.

If the students have been in the same cohort in the past and you would like them to remain in the same cohort, please complete this FORM.

This request only applies in situations where two or more GRCI students live in the same household and would like to be in the same cohort.

If you have any challenges completing the form, please contact the school and speak with office staff to indicate your request for shared cohorts. If you have any questions, ask to speak with your student’s vice-principal.

Please note that while every effort will be made to honour the request, there may be instances where the request cannot be granted due to timetabling constraints. Students who are bussed cannot have their cohort changed.

A separate request will need to be made for quadmester 4.
