2026 Important Graduation Updates…
It’s hard to believe we are already at that time of year. Commencement is on Wednesday June 24, 2026 at The Centre In The Square at 7:00pm.
We wanted to update you on a few items:
Grad Breakfast:
The Grad Breakfast will be happening on Thursday June 11 starting at 8:00 am in the Cafeteria.
Graduation Package Pick Up:
If you have ordered the Graduation Package; gowns, caps and tassels will be ready for pick up in the lower V from Monday June 15 to Wednesday June 17 at lunch time.
Tickets:
If you haven’t picked up your grad tickets yet please send your graduating student to the office to do so this week.
Parking Information for Guests:
There are several parking options in close vicinity to the Centre In The Square, including both above ground and underground parking available directly at the venue. Any guests who require access to an entrance door to support mobility and/or accessibility needs, please use the Ellen Street East entrance (road that runs behind the Centre in The Square). Guests can be dropped off at the ring road/drop off area where Centre in The Square staff will be there to assist.
Centre in the Square – Graduate Info:
Students may arrive between 5:45pm – 6:00pm. Please come wearing your Cap and Gown. Students will enter through the MAIN DOOR of the Centre in the Square (Otto Street). Turn left and head to the back studio area wearing your gown and cap (ushers can help direct you).
Centre in the Square – Guest/Family Info:
Doors to the venue will open at 6:00 pm. Inside doors to the theatre will open for seating at 6:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 7:00 pm. Please enter through the main doors of the Centre In The Square. Remember to bring your tickets.
