Final Report Cards and Diplomas for the 2025-2026 school year will be available for pickup from  Monday, July 6th to Wednesday, July 8th. Pick up will be in the main office from 7:30am – 4:00pm.

Please note that: 

You must enter through the main doors off of Indian Road ( by the flagpole )  as all other doors will be locked. Please follow the outlined path to the main office.

Parents can pick up items for students under 18 yrs of age. If your student is over 18 yrs old, they will need to send an email to grc@wrdsb.ca, to give permission for someone else to pick up their items.

If you are not able to pick up items from July 6-8, they will be available starting August 31st from 7:30am-3:15pm in the Main Office. 

We will not be allowing friends of students to pick up other students’ items.

The school will be closed from Thursday July 9th until Friday August 21st. These dates may change depending on the completion of summer construction. Any changes will be posted on the GRCI website.  While the main office is closed, the general school voicemail will be monitored regularly, or you can email all inquiries to grc@wrdsb.ca. If you have an urgent matter, please call the Education Centre at 519-570-0003.
