Dear Parents/Guardians,
Education is a partnership involving parents, students, teachers, principals, school boards, government, and the community.
Grand River is currently seeking members for the 2026-2027 School Council and we would love to welcome some new members. The purpose of a school council is to improve student achievement and increase accountability of the education system to parents. Through your involvement in the council, you are part of a team working to support a high-quality education system for the students at Grand River. Your participation can make a big difference.
There are four scheduled meetings beginning at 7pm in the 2026-2027 school year. School council meetings will take place in the library meeting room across from the KPL library door.
