Due to ongoing construction access during the week of August 27th will be limited.

The Grand River office will be open the week of August 27th from 9 AM to 3:15 PM.

Access to the building is only through the KPL main entrance – please do not cross any construction barricades.  Parking is only available in the lot by the library off Heritage Rd.  Do not attempt to enter from Indian Rd.  Students will be able to pick up their start up packages, report cards and make appointments with the office or guidance.  There will be no access to the remainder of the building.  This includes any previously scheduled tours.

Students (Gr. 10-12) who wish to pick up their timetable or make changes to their courses must first pick up their start up packages that contain forms that require a parent signature.  Students can then return their signed Data Verification form and IS-09-L-S to obtain their timetable.  Once students have their timetables they will be able to to book an appointment for  course changes in guidance. Grade 9’s packages were mailed week of August 13th.

Students can check their transportation eligibility by going to www.stswr.ca and clicking on Transportation Eligibility. It is recommended that eligible students verify the details as stop locations and times may have changed. Transportation details can be retrieved by visiting www.stswr.ca on August 20, 2018 and clicking on Student Login. Ontario Education Number (OEN) is needed in order to log in and access transportation details. The OEN can be found on an old report card or by logging into MyWay.
