Start Up Packages

Students will be able to pick up their timetables starting Monday August 27th until Thursday, August 30th from 9 AM until 3 PM at the library entrance ONLY.  These packages also include their Data Verification Form (DVF) and Use of Personal Information Form.  Students who would like an early look at their timetable or who would like to book a course change appointment will need to return both the DVF and the Use of Personal Information forms signed by a Guardian.  As in past years, Semester 1 course changes will only be permitted from Monday, August 27th to Thursday, August 30th at 2:30 pm..  You must come in to the Guidance Office to make an appointment for any Sem 1 course change.

Semester 2 Final Report Cards from June are also available for pick up at the same time.

First Day Schedule
To support our Grade 9 students transitioning to Grand River we have a special first day schedule.  Students in Grades 10-12 do not have to arrive until 11:45 AM

Upon arrival, students are asked to check the alphabetical lists posted in the main foyer for your homeroom location.

8:15 – 9:00  OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS
MORNING SCHEDULE – GRADE 9 ONLY
9:00 – 9:30 Grade 9 Assembly in the Cafeteria
9:30 – 10:50 Grade 9 Mentor Groups
10:50 – 11:50  LUNCH: A BBQ lunch provided for Grade 9 students

AFTERNOON SCHEDULE FOR GRADES 9, 10, 11 & 12
11:50 – 12:15 PERIOD A CLASS
12:20 – 12:45 PERIOD B CLASS
12:50 – 1:15 PERIOD C CLASS
1:20 – 1:45 PERIOD D CLASS
1:50 – 2:25 Teachers available in classrooms.  Distribution of Chromebooks to Grade 9 students only

We will resume a Regular Day Schedule on Wednesday, September 5th

SPY BUY DAY: Friday, Sept. 14th

Spy Buy packages (student cards, yearbooks and t-shirts) are available to purchase online through School Day (www.school-day.com) beginning Tuesday, Aug 28th.  T-shirts ordered through School Day before Sept. 12th may be available for pick up on Sept. 14th when students have their photo taken.  This will be based on sizes/colours available.  If your t-shirt is not available on Sept. 14th, an order will be completed and should be ready for pick up before Thanksgiving.
