Instructional Support Days Expectations and Schedule

Fri. Jan. 28, Mon. Jan. 31 &

Tue. Feb. 1, 2022

We will once again be utilizing Instructional Support Days for Semester 2.  There will be no exams again this year.  These days are an opportunity for teachers to provide time and space to focus on a variety of assessment and evaluation methods that will aid students in consolidating learning and working towards demonstration of the overall expectations.

SEMESTER 1 Fri. Jan. 28 Mon. Jan. 31 Tues. Feb. 1
Morning Block A A
Afternoon Block D B B

Student Attendance:

  • On the instructional support days, the vast majority of our students will not attend in person but will work from home to complete any remaining evaluations asynchronously or attend virtual drop-in support sessions synchronously.
  • Teachers may request that specific students attend an in person meeting at the school.  These meetings will be scheduled by your teacher and students should not show up at school without their teacher’s knowledge.
  • Busses will be running on their regular schedule for students that have been invited to come for in-person support.
  • ACE students and students in other congregated Priority 1 Programs will attend school with regular programming.
